If you plan to start building your dream home, or if you have any question about building a structure, an addition, an improvement, or an alteration of any nature on the extrerior of any unit, please feel free to contact us via email.

Moreover, before you start your improvement(s), you will need to fill the Architectural Control Committee Application, and email it to the Architectural Control Committee for review and approval (the email is listed on page 2 of the application). This process may take up to 30 days.

If improvements are made before your application is approved, you will be asked to remove them immediately. Moreover, a fine in the amount of $500.00 will be assessed every thirty (30) days until the required application has been submitted to the ACC for approval. Fines will continue to be levied in the event the ACC denies the Owner's submission.
